All region tournaments are entered using the online system, Advanced Event Systems (AES) (www.advancedeventsystems.com). All teams must have an AES account to sign up for Evergreen Region tournaments. All Club Directors/Tournament Directors need to sign into AES before signup day to make sure they remember their user-name and passwords.
All results are to be reported by the tournament directors via e-mail to the region office by the Monday following the tournament. Please include rankings and team codes for every team!
