|Club Mission Statement||
High Impact VBC is motivated to provide the highest level of coaching with a cost effective situation for its families and their club volleyball experience. We are completely dedicated to providing our athletes with the technical, tactical, and physical training to reach their highest potential as a volleyball player.
Our mission at High Impact VBC is to provide a supportive environment in which young student-athletes are provided training in the skills and teachniques of competitive volleyball, while enhanving and developing values that foster leadership in life as well as on the court: responsibility, self-discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and an appreciation for community.
|Practice Facilities/Practices Per Week||Most practices are hald at East Valley schools in the Spokane Valley. Ocassionally, practices are held at other facilities in Spokane Valley. Most teams will practice twice a week although a third practice or special position training session may be added for additional technical focus.|

|Will you have a youth developmental team?||Teams are formed based on the participation and interest of players and their families at the U12 tryouts.|
|Club Dues Cost (Range/Estimate)||Generally range from $250 to $750 depending upon the team and age group.|
|What does the club fee cover?||
Player dues cover coaching stipends, team USAV fees, coaches USAV fees, chaperone USAV fees, gym facilities, all High Impact uniform pieces, tournament entry fees, and coaches travel expenses. Not included are the USAV player fees and the player's travel expenses. Individual items such as kneepads, socks, shoes, and spandex are the responsibility of the player.
|Travel - Do parents travel with the team? Chaperones?||High Impact encourages parents to travel with their players. Travel accommodations are arranged for teams and families as well as for those players unable to travel with family members. All teams have 1-2 chaperones that travel with the team.|
|How many tournaments will you compete in?||
Depending upon the age group, teams will play in 4 to 9 tournaments during the season. Younger teams will play primarily in the Spokane area attending one tournament within a one day travel distance (within 125 miles). Older teams may travel to various locations in the region including Tri-Cities, Yakima, Wenatchee, and Seattle which may require overnight lodging.
|Beyond paying club dues, what else is expected of player parents?||High Impact is very supportive of our athlete's participation in other sports, activities, and family. Players are expected to give their full effort and attention while at practice and tournaments for the entire season. Parents are expected to support their player by ensuring their timely attendance to all volleyball activities with proper attire, rest, and nutrition. Good sportsmanship is the behavior we want our coaches, players, parents, friends, and relatives to promote and exhibit at all times.|
