| Practice Facilities/Practices Per Week | Burbank High School and Burbank Middle School. We practice on Sundays, once a week. Will occassionally add one during the week. |

| What does the club fee cover? |
Uniforms, coaches fees, tournament fees. Travel is on your own. |
| Travel - Do parents travel with the team? Chaperones? | It is the parents responsibility to get their player to and from tournaments. |
| How many tournaments will you compete in? |
5 tournaments per year. 1-2 will be local, 3 will require travel. |
| Beyond paying club dues, what else is expected of player parents? | Provide transportation and meals. Support the team! |
