Club Directors
 

The club director is the individual on each team/club who is responsible for ALL aspects of club management, including:

  • being the contact between the club and the Evergreen Region
  • ensuring that all necessary information, registration, documentation, monies, accuracy of rosters, identification and age qualifications are forwarded to the region accurately and in a timely manner
  • advising the region of corrections and/or errors
  • provide completed rosters to tournament hosts before deadlines
  • assure all coaches meet USAV and ERVA coaching requirements, including age, background screening, IMPACT certification and professionalism

What do I need to know about tryouts?

Holding tryouts is an important part of creating a team each year, though they are NOT required.

Tryout Reporting Form  - must be included when mailing in your tryout forms to the office

 

How do my club members register?

Evergreen Region Volleyball utilizes the Webpoint system for registration.  ALL CLUB DIRECTORS, COACHES, CHAPERONES AND PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED IN WEBPOINT PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION.
