So you want to play volleyball... good choice! Volleyball is a sport for a lifetime, enjoyed by people ages 8 to 80. Ask anyone who has played volleyball (or any sport for that matter) ~ sports are an opportunity to not only get that much-needed exercise and participate in some great competition, but also to make friends, create memories, bond with your teammates and enjoy lots of laughs and fun! The 2012-2013 junior season kicks off with the Spokane Open House on October 25th. The event will be held from 4:30-7:00 PM at Martin Centre on the campus of Gonzaga University.
This year's Open House will be paired with the Gonzaga volleyball team's match against BYU. Stop by the Open House to learn about club teams, try-outs, and have all your questions answered. Then head to the Zag volleyball game for "Dollar Night." Admission only $1 for all fans.
Yakima will also be hosting an Open House this year! It will be on Wednesday, October 24th at Yakima Valley Community College. The event will run from 4:30-7:00 PM. This event will also be paired with the Yak's match against Columbia Basin College. So, stop by to learn about club teams and try-outs and then head to the volleyball match!
